Walgreens Deals 1/31-2/6

Ok, I am not going to lie, this was hard to figure out how to pay as little as possible.  I think I will eventually get the hang of it.  I have to admit the shopping part was actually really fast and so was putting the coupons together.  But coming up with the scenario to save as much as I did was time consuming.  Don’t mock me, I am not good with math.

Here’s how I did it:

Shelf Cost $75.56
I had $12RR left over from previous trip

1st Transaction:
Joint Juice $10 x2
used B1G1 Here
used $10RR from Pepsi
paid $0
received $10RR

2nd Transaction
Advil $4.59
Thermacare $5.99
Blink $7.99
2 filler items $.17 pens

used $10RR  joint juice and $2RR from last week
$3 Thermacare coupon
$1 off Advil or $2 off Advil Pm
$1.50 off Blink or $2 off 1/10ss (I think)
paid $.81 received $8RR and $5 RR

3rd Transaction
Secret Clinical  $8.99
used $8RR
paid $1 received $4RR

So OOP was $1.81 for all this and I have $9 towards my next trip.

  1. Wow, Amy!!! I’m really impressed! You are causing a bit of stir here at the silver haired RV park.

  1. […] HERE is an example of one of my transactions that I did and I saved a ton.  That transaction took me quite a while.  I had to keep getting in line, I had to run back a few times to get the correct sizes of things, but I did save.  I still have not used the joint juice and the pens broke immediately, but I saved.
